Are your services insured?
Yes, Poopbusters is fully insured for your peace of mind. We are proudly insured through PetCare Insurance, ensuring that both your property and pets are protected while we’re on the job.
How is the dog waste disposed of?
By default, we securely double-bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trash bin. If you prefer not to use your bin, we also offer a haul-away option for a small additional fee. No matter the method, we handle disposal responsibly to maintain a clean and sanitary environment.
Do you have to be home?
Not at all! As long as we have access to your yard—such as an unlocked gate—there’s no need for you to be home. Many of our clients enjoy the convenience of scheduled cleanups without needing to adjust their daily routines. If you have any special access instructions, just let us know!
How is your equipment cleaned?
All of our tools and equipment are thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each service using pet-safe, eco-friendly solutions. This helps prevent the spread of bacteria and ensures a safe, sanitary experience for every client—every time.
What is the cost of your services?
Our pricing depends on factors like the number of dogs, yard size, and service frequency (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, or one-time). Weekly service for one dog starts at $25.95. We also offer a free initial cleanup when you sign up for recurring service. Request a free quote, and we’ll customize a plan that fits your needs and budget—no hidden fees, just clean yards and happy pets.
How do you handle billing?
We offer convenient automatic billing for all recurring services. Payments are processed securely through our system on a set schedule—every 1st of the month. You’ll receive email reminders and receipts for each payment. For one-time cleanups, payment is due at the time of service. We accept all major credit and debit cards for a hassle-free experience.

Are your services available in my area?
We proudly service all of Delaware, as well as parts of Maryland, including Cecil and Kent Counties. We're also excited to announce that we’re expanding into Pennsylvania soon! If you’re unsure whether your home falls within our service area, just contact us—we’ll be happy to check and confirm for you.
